There is such a thing as being TOO happy.
Sure, enjoying life is a good thing. But if everything about your existence just becomes TOO awesome, it can all get a bit overwhelming.
Take Wales fans, for instance. With their side in the Euro 2016 semi-finals (THE SEMI-FINALS!) after their epic 3-1 win against Belgium, it probably felt like things literally could not get any better right now.
And then Budweiser went and gave everyone in Wales a free beer.
As Wales Online reported, the company said they wanted to show their support for the fans “who always believed”.
The beer – a product of Anheuser-Busch InBev, which funnily enough is based in Belgium – tweeted the announcement.
Details about when and where you can claim your free beer will be announced next week – although you obviously have to be over 18 to claim it.
A Budweiser UK spokesperson said: “At Budweiser, we’re all about celebrating epic moments, and that’s why we wanted to raise a Bud to the dedication of all the Welsh football fans out there in honour of their recent success, and to show our support ahead of the nation’s next big game – by giving everyone 18+ in Wales a Budweiser on us.
“We also have one of our biggest breweries based in Magor, and have close ties to the Welsh community, which makes this moment that little bit more special for us too.
“We’ll be releasing more details about how Wales can get their hands on a complimentary Budweiser this week – watch this space. In the meantime, this Bud’s for you Wales!”
And Welsh football fans have been reacting joyously to the news.
