Ohio
Cincinnati’s JACK Casino must pay $50,000 or have its liquor permit revoked, officials with the Ohio Investigative Unit said. According to a trace-back investigation conducted by the Cincinnati Police Department, in March the Horseshoe Casino over-served a man who was then involved in a fatal crash. Officials said Cory Lippmeier was over-served at the casino’s bar before crashing into another vehicle and killing the driver. The crash happened on March 20.
