Cheers Too owner, bartenders charged in man’s death

The owner of Cheers Too and two bartenders have been accused of serving too much alcohol to a patron who was later charged with killing a pedestrian with his vehicle. Cumberland County ABC Law Enforcement Chief Bill Belvin said ABC law enforcement officers and state ALE agents frequently investigate how suspects involved with DWI incidents obtained their alcohol and whether a bar’s service factored into the wreck.
